About Us

The Up and Under Rugby Coaches Programme  is designed with the purpose of awakening and developing potential world class rugby coaches. Our approach is to implement the needed discipline and work ethic to create and develop aspiring rugby coaches, through a structured programme igniting a fun learning environment where we aim to create respected and humble rugby coaches.

This programme will consist out of both theoretical classes and practical sessions. Classes will take place twice per week. Coaches will each receive their guideline handbook which will be used as their personal guide through this course.

This course will be presented at NTK RFC in Parow.
