Join our Ladies Rugby Family!
We are a female focused rugby club located at Parow High School in the northern suburbs of Cape Town.
The club collaborates with schools through the Northern Region and is recognised by the Western Province Rugby Football Union (WPRFU) as the custodians for the Northern Region girls rugby development. This enables us to facilitate leagues, festivals, and regional squad training sessions aimed at nurturing top talent.
Our Club's efforts extend beyond simply coaching the game—we aim to create a vibrant rugby community by providing opportunities for young girls to grow their skills and love for the sport, with the long-term goal of representing their region, province and, potentially, the nation.

OUR PURPOSE
At Up and Under Rugby Club, we focus on developing both junior and senior female rugby players, with tailored objectives and partnerships for each age group:

Juniors (U11 to U18)
Ladies Rugby Academy / Regional Squad
Our junior programmes focuses on skill development, fitness, and game understanding through structured coaching and school outreach programmes.
We partner with local schools and the Western Province Rugby Football Union (WPRFU) to organize leagues, festivals, and clinics, providing young players with valuable match experience and exposure.
Our goal is to nurture talent from an early age, guiding them along a pathway toward provincial team selection and higher levels of competition.
Seniors (Over 18)
The U Crew
Up and Under Rugby Club has partnered with UniMil RFC to launch "The U Crew" in 2025, a unified senior women's team representing both clubs.
This exciting collaboration aims to enhance game opportunities and participation in the Western Province senior women's leagues, offering players a stronger, more dynamic rugby experience.
Stay tuned for more updates as we embark on this thrilling new chapter for women's rugby!
