LRA players received their Up and Under kit, and we couldn't be more proud to see the joy on everyon's faces. To us it's more than just a rugby jersey and a kit, it's a piece of identity. An identy that links our ladies to a wider rugby community.

What an amazing journey and first year it has been for the Up and Under Ladies Rugby Academy! 
Year recap: Started LRA  small with only three players and grew up to over 30 players having trained and been part of the academy. Throw in 5 Western Province call ups and one TPL selection. Been an Amazing success.

Annual rugby year end function at DF Malan High School including a female rugby team for the first time in the school's history. 

Top performing players received their prizes, provincial players were given recognition and matriculating players were given a proper goodbye.

Tour reunion held for the Up and Under NTK u/16 and u/19 girls who toured to Knysna. Thanks to the club's vice-chairman, Janus van Zyl, for attending the evening and giving a congratulatory speech for the girls. What an amazing night for the girls to once again be reunited as a team.

Year recap: 15 Western Province players generated within 2022, completed our first rugby tour where the Up and Under NTK u/16's won the tournament and Up and Under u/19's came 2nd in the tournament.
