About Us

Providing better opportunities for aspiring junior girls rugby players. Located in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, we are a rugby academy focused on developing female rugby players. We invite all girls born from 2005 to 2013 (U/11, U/14, U/16, U/18) new or experienced, to join our LRA family! 

 

Through this we have created a new layer in our rugby community, that will inspire future female rugby players to pursue their interests and passion in the beautiful game.

Our development programme aims to develop the individual skills of the players, improve their physical fitness, and create a better understanding of the sport and its values.
