Our pathways transcends from the field to opening doors for job creation

On 22 March 2024 , Leoni Davids stepped into Bella Rosa Lifestyle Centre. Not to have a workout, instead to start her first shift at her very first full-time job.
Leoni was part of the Up and Under holistic development Pathway plan through her involvement as a Fairbairn College girls rugby player. She was also selected to be part of the 2023 u/18 All Stars team who participated in the George Tens, and 2024 Tag Rugby® Vikings team that participated in the Tag Premier League. She is currently a senior women's rugby player at Up and Under Rugby Club.
Leoni’s warm and spontaneous personality, dedication and hard-working ethics made her a sought-after candidate for any career opportunity. We are proud to say that with our partnership with Bella Rosa Lifestyle Centre we were able to assist Leoni in attaining a prosperous career opportunity.
After a few weeks it is with no surprise to find out that Leoni has settled well in at her new job. She has learned many new skills and impressed many of her new colleagues and employer.
"My working experience has been great, the staff as well as the clients are lovely.
It’s an overall welcoming space that doesn’t make me feel overwhelmed." - Leoni on her first few weeks at Bella Rosa Lifestyle Centre.
Goodluck with your exciting new journey Leoni. We are all extremely proud of you!
