DF Malan is a leading Afrikaans-medium high school that develops learners in a safe and value-driven environment in totality to take their place in a fast-changing adult world.

Due to the great demand from the pupils, Up and Under has gotten the ball rolling to create the school's first ever women's rugby teams. The teams are coached, managed and structurally developed by the coaching team of Up and Under.

Players receive two weekly training sessions and compete in provincial festivals and organized friendly matches.
