About Us

Developing our future female rugby players at the fundamental age. We are a rugby development centre located at primary schools throughout the northern suburbs of Cape Town that trains youth female rugby players ages 7 to 13. Through this we are setting a new standard for women’s rugby and making the sport more accessible to play for any you girls that has a dream to become a Springbok.
 

Our development program aims to develop the basic individual skills of the players, improve their physical readiness, and create a better understanding of the sport and its values. Players will receive 2 weekly field training sessions.
