On 30 March & 1 April Up and Under were blessed to be able to participate with all age divisions in the Rugby Tens Invitational tournament held in Strand.

Our u13's in the Rugby Tens Championship Invitational Tournament ended up reaching the final
Our girls unfortunately did not end up winning the Gold in the day, but atleast they've won all our hearts. We are so proud of these brave young girls who put in so much effort and training leading up to the tournament. Congratulations coach Nathan and Marius for leading the girls throughout the competition. Shout out to Coach Beyonce for her involvement at training!

Our u16's in the Rugby Tens Championship Invitational Tournament ended up reaching the Final!
Unfortunately no trophy fo our u16's either, however another group of girls we can be absolutely proud of. They faced many tough obstacles in the pool stage and at one point it seemed impossible to get to the final. But with a fighting spirit and great heroics our girls achieved their goal to reach the final. Massive thanks to Coach Regan and Coach Charlie for their hard work and efforts in prepping and organising the girls during the competition!
